6. Policies and procedures relating to secret, confidential and/or private information have been discussed and the employee confirms that these requirements are met. As explained in the Telework Directive, there are certain provisions of the agreement that are unique for each employee. These provisions are worded as follows: the following document is the telework agreement concluded between ___ This document is not an employment contract and does not change the employment status « according to the will » of the worker. This telework agreement includes, by reference, the obligations and responsibilities of the employment agency and staff described in the Telework Directive. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the Employment Agency from taking appropriate disciplinary or adverse measures against an employee who fails to comply with the provisions of the Telework Directive or the directives and procedures adopted by the Employment Agency and/or the House of Representatives. 5. The guidelines and procedures for the maintenance of equipment published by the Employment Office have been explained and are well understood. 8. The employee understands that he or she is required to comply with all rules of the House of Representatives as well as all applicable laws, regulations and directives, including those of the Committee on Standards of Official Conduct. The employee understands that the employment agency can terminate the telework agreement and order the employee to return to work at the central workplace. Subject to its needs and the availability of places, the employment agency undertakes to have its regular schedule resumed at the central place of work after consulting the employment agency. In the event of termination of the employment relationship, all property belonging to the Employment Agency/Chamber of Deputies shall be returned at the request of the Employment Agency. The employee voluntarily agrees to work on the replacement construction site approved below and to follow all applicable policies and procedures. The employee acknowledges that the telework agreement is not a personnel benefit. The employee agrees to have read and understood the Telework Directive and the agreement and agrees to abide by the provisions set out therein. The continuation of the telecommunications agreement is subject to a trial period ____ week/month.
